Description:
Siam Wood essential oil is native to Vietnam and other parts of Southeast Asia. It is also known as Pemou, Po Mu, Fujian Cypress, Coffin Wood, and Bois de Siam, and is a precious wood oil from the evergreen conifer Fokienia hodginsii. Siam Wood is the only living species classified in the subfamily Cupressoideae within the family Cuprressaceae.
The essential oil of Siam wood oil is obtained by steam distillation of wood and root. The major constituents of the oil are Fokiennol (40 – 45%), Nerolidol (30-35%). The oil has effective anti-aging and antiseptic properties.

Sweet-woody woody, balsamic, and slightly coniferous

Fokiennol, Nerolidol, Dauca-8, 11-Dien-9-ol, Cadinene, Elemol, Eudesmol, α-Cadinol, Nepetalactone.
Application:
