Description:
Hyacinth is native to southwestern Asia, southern and central Turkey, but it is commonly cultivated worldwide. France is cultivating this flower at a commercial level for its delicate fragrance.
Essential oil is extracted from flowers which yield 0.02 to 0.08%.
It is used in making fragrances for cosmetics, soaps, toiletries, and fine fragrances for body deodorizer and spray.
