Description:
Lonicera caprifolium is also known as Italian woodbine, goat-leaf honeysuckle, Italian honeysuckle, and perfoliate woodbine. It is native to Europe and bears fragrant, cream-colored flowers. Honeysuckle plant is found in several countries like Japan, Korea, America, New Zealand, some Asian countries, some Pacific islands, and a number of Caribbean islands, etc.
The four most abundant compounds in honeysuckle essential are Patchouli alcohol, 6‐acetyl‐1,1,2,4,4,7‐hexamethyl tetralin, alpha‐bulnesene, and alpha‐caryophyllene. Honeysuckle essential is extracted from the bright orange flowers of the honeysuckle plant.
It helps in reducing hair fails, skin irritation, headaches and reduces the appearance of wrinkles.
