Description:
LAUREL LEAF is native to the Mediterranean region. It is cultivated in many temperate warm parts of the world, such as southern Central America, Europe, Turkey, Algeria, Greece, Morocco, Spain, Belgium, The Canary Islands, France, Mexico and Portugal. Turkey is one of the main producers and suppliers of bay leaves.
The essential oil is extracted by steam distillation of leaves. The essential oil from the leaves ranging from 0.8 to 3%.

1,8-Cineole, Pinene, a-Terpinyl Acetate, Linalool, Sabinene, Eugenol, 4-terpineol, Linalool, pinocarvone, myrtenal, methyl eugenol, phellandrene.
Application:
~ LAUREL LEAF essential oil is known for its antibiotic, Antiseptic, Insecticide, Anti-spasmodic, Analgesic, Febrifuge, Astringent and Sedative, properties.
~ One of its main chemical constituents is eucalyptol (1,8-Cineole) which is highly cleansing product.
~ It is also used in food and flavor industries
